When you place an order we collect your email address, shipping address, and order details such as items, sizes, and amounts.

Stripe processes payment, EasyPost generates shipping labels, Resend sends order emails, Supabase stores our database, and Vercel hosts the site. For orders shipped to California we send the shipping address to the State of California tax rate service to look up the sales tax rate.

Each of these companies only sees what it needs to do its job.

We count page views and an approximate number of daily visitors ourselves, on our own servers. To tell visits apart without identifying anyone, we turn your network address and browser description into a scrambled code that changes every day, so the code you get today cannot be linked to the one you get tomorrow.

We keep only the totals and that daily estimate. We do not store your network address, we do not store anything on your device for this, and nothing about it is sent to any other company.

We do not use marketing trackers, advertising pixels, or session replay tools.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

If you start a checkout and never pay for it, we have still opened an order in our system with your details on it. Thirty days after that unpaid checkout is closed, we remove your name, email address, shipping address and phone number from it and keep only the order number, the items and the amounts.

Orders you paid for are kept for longer. Tax rules and consumer law require a seller to be able to produce its sales records, and you may need us to look your order up long after it arrived, so we keep those as long as they are needed for orders, taxes and disputes.

Use our contact page to ask us to delete your information. We keep what tax and payment rules require us to keep and remove the rest.
