Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States and to a range of other countries. The country selector at checkout is the full list of places we can send an order. If your country is not on it, we cannot ship there.

Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Questions before then go through our contact page.

We ship via USPS or UPS, whichever gets your order to you fastest.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to California.

Orders going outside the United States can be charged duties and import taxes by the country they arrive in. Checkout says this before you pay and your order confirmation says it again, in these words:

Import duties and taxes are not included in this total. The carrier will charge them on delivery and they are your responsibility.

How much is charged depends on your own country and its rules, so we cannot tell you the amount in advance.
