Returns Policy

You can return unworn merch within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition with tags attached.

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, and you do not have to give a reason.

That right is on top of our 30 day return policy, not instead of it. You have both, and you can use whichever suits you: cancel under the 14 day right, or return under our 30 day policy, which runs longer.

To cancel, tell us within those 14 days through our contact page, then send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us.

A cancellation refunds what you paid for the goods and what you paid for standard delivery out to you. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery, we refund the standard amount rather than the one you picked. The postage to send the goods back to us is yours, as set out below.

You pay the postage to send an item back to us. That holds for a return from inside the United States, for a return from any other country, and for a cancellation under the EU and UK 14 day right.

Return postage from outside the United States can cost a good deal more than domestic postage, so it is worth pricing it before you order.

If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping instead.

Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
